There are always people who will honestly try to help you and listen to you; you just need to know with time you will learn. The 95% that he has mentioned are people who can learn from the 5% and change so the 5% can set an example. People can be selfish but they can change Allah knows the best who will be in which category. If you understand people you will know they have their own reasons you can’t expect them all to be the same and impose on them to change. You need not be mean, or selfish just understand with the knowledge Allah bestowed upon you. But remember sometimes something’s maybe unclear but Allah knows when to make it clear for you so don’t dwell on them too much. Care for people even if they are your enemies, because they are less fortunate than you since you have the Allah’s help besides you.
